Women of Achievement 2018 – Photo Gallery
Together, with the support of more than 1,000 guests and 50 organizations, we raised over $315,000 at YWCA Spokane’s Women of Achievement awards luncheon!
On Thursday, October 4th, 2018, YWCA Spokane gathered together with amazing friends, partners, and supporters from the Spokane community to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of 9 trailblazers in our community.
The Women of Achievement event gives us the opportunity to honor extraordinary women who make a real difference in Spokane and allows us to educate the community about domestic violence and its impact on survivors and their children.ÊThank you so much to all for joining us and for helping to spread awareness about YWCA Spokane’s programs and services that are dedicated to creating pathways toward safety, hope, and healing.
This event is the vital kick off to our annual fundraising campaign. We look for the support of over $750,000 each year from the community to sustain the work we do in Spokane and in the surrounding counties. We are so grateful for an amazing start to help meet this critical need.
On behalf of the over 16,000 women, children, and families we serve this year who are impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment, we thank you!
