Thank You Numerica for Your Incredible Support!

Thank You To Numerica, A YWCA Spokane Mission Partner

Numerica is dedicated to enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities through their support of nonprofit organizations who focus on women and children’s issues and education. In the true spirit of their mission, Numerica Credit Union, has stood by our side during a time of incredible hardship. With the pandemic bringing unexpected barriers and unprecedented need, their support enabled us to adapt and continue to serve our community when they needed us most.

As one of our valued Mission Partners, Numerica has been a long-time key supporter of our work and mission at YWCA Spokane.  Their critical financial commitment helps to bridge the gap between the expenses we incur while serving clients and the grants we receive from state, local, and private parties.

Numerica’s Mission Partner Impact

YWCA Spokane’s 2020 impact would not have been possible without the support of Numerica Credit Union.

Their mission partnership helps to ensure that YWCA Spokane’s free and confidential services are available to survivors of domestic violence, quality education is available to low-income children and families, and women can gain crucial life and job skills necessary for their economic advancement.

In addition to providing unrestricted funds, they have provided dedicated funding in support of key programs such as Safe Haven, our on site drop-in-child-care center for families we serve who are impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment.

Below is a quote from a parent who benefited from our Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program this year. It’s stories like these that Numerica helps make possible.

“My daughter loves going to school. She absolutely loves her teachers. I am so grateful for all the things they help out with, like getting a Christmas tree for my family and meal boxes when I could not afford food.”  – YWCA Spokane Client
