Each of our wonderful Board of Directors is so passionate about our community and dedicates their time, talent, and resources towards the fulfillment of our mission. On behalf of our team, those we serve, and our community we thank you for all you do!


As Avista’s Manager of Social Impact, Bradley's responsibilities include devising, driving, and delivering on social impact strategic goals and portfolio of initiatives across the company and throughout service territory communities. She ensures focus on community development and engagement, while working collaboratively throughout Avista's business units to deliver on existing company priorities. Bradley oversees and provides leadership to the Customer Engagement Manager, Named Communities Investment Fund, energy assistance, community outreach and the Avista Foundation.

Bradley received her Master’s in Leadership in 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Subsequently, she completed the Women in Leadership Certificate program, and the Authentic Leadership program through Gonzaga’s School of Leadership Studies. She is active in the Western Energy Institute’s Business Acumen and Women Leadership Mentoring programs.

Cari Grandstaff – Bio

Cari Grandstaff began her career with Washington Trust Bank in 2024, as their AVP, Administrative Officer. Prior to that, she worked for the Kalispel Tribe and Northern Quest for almost 15 years as their Director of Administration.
