Prosparetti Coleman – Bio

Prosparetti is a community educator, advocate, and doula committed to transforming the wellness of Black and Brown women and girls. As the Founder of I Hear You Sis, she creates environments that are culturally resonant and deeply rooted in storytelling, collective healing, and embodied support.

Prosparetti's approach is grounded in the wisdom of the body and the power of shared experiences. Through movement, creativity, and culturally informed practices, she cultivates spaces that honor individual journeys while fostering connection and balance. Her work invites participants to engage in practices that support mental well-being, emotional regulation, and a sense of interconnectedness.

With a focus on collective empowerment, she facilitates healing circles, peer support groups, and community wellness initiatives that encourage authentic connection and self-discovery. Her work centers Black and Brown women and girls as experts of their own experiences, fostering healing and resilience across generations.
