YWCA Spokane is proud to take this opportunity to highlight one of the deeply valued members of our Board of Directors, Jeri Self-Merritt.
As a board member of the YWCA Spokane, Jeri helps guide and support an organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
About Jeri

Professionally, Jeri was a Tax Partner at Eide Bailly LLP, assisting closely held businesses and individuals with their tax issues until she began a new chapter as a retired CPA. Now retired, she likes to stay active, playing indoor soccer, volleyball, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle-boarding and camping. She loves spending time with family, and most of her activities are with her husband, her daughter, three granddaughters, mother, and brother and his family.
"I support YWCA Spokane because I want to be part of its legacy and long tradition of empowering women, children, and their families to transition to healthier and happier lives. I also want to be involved in its work to support and uplift racial and social justice efforts within our community." - Jeri Self-Merritt
