Heather Rosentrater is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Avista. She is the first woman to serve in this role in Avista's history! Heather is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Gonzaga University.

"I am honored to be joining the YWCA Board to help advance the incredible support they provide to so many in our community," says Heather. "I have lived and worked in the Spokane community most of my life and am committed to giving back.
