Thank you for your service!
YWCA Spokane is proud to take this opportunity to highlight one of the deeply valued members of our Board of Directors, Dee Boyle. Each member of our board is passionate about our community and dedicates their time, talent, and resources towards the fulfillment of our mission. On behalf of our team, those we serve, and our community we thank you for all you do!

Now twenty years later, Dee has continued to pursue opportunities rooted in social justice and community-building. She is honored and energized to support the powerful work of YWCA Spokane, an organization providing critical resources for families across the region, including one of the community’s few confidential domestic violence emergency shelters, a 24/7 DV hotline, legal advocacy, mental health services, and more.
Dee's life experiences have empowered her to reshape her narrative about the world and her place in it—one grounded in safety, resilience, and giving back to her community.
With a professional background as a brand strategist, Dee helps organizations build strategy around their unique identities. She is equally passionate about creating meaningful shared experiences, as seen through her work co-founding an art gallery, organizing a TEDx conference, chairing an arts commission, participating in Leadership Spokane, and contributing to other vibrant community projects.
Outside of her professional and community work, Dee enjoys playing horseshoes, hosting dinner parties, and getting creative with crafts.
"There isn't a more isolating or lonely feeling than being a victim to control or prejudice. The Spokane YWCA ensures no one walks alone in their journey--and builds up our community one individual and family at a time." - Dee Boyle
