Thank you for your dedication and for leaving our organization stronger because of your involvement.

On behalf of our team, those we serve, and our community we thank you for all you do!

Cari Grandstaff began her career with Washington Trust Bank in 2024, as their AVP, Administrative Officer. Prior to that, she worked for the Kalispel Tribe and Northern Quest for almost 15 years as their Director of Administration. Cari holds a BA in Business Management and a BA in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University. She's an alumna of the Leadership Spokane class of 2022 and Gonzaga University's Women in Leadership program.

As a dedicated servant leader, Cari serves on the YWCA Spokane Board of Directors, where she's chaired committees for Women's History Month and Women of Achievement, helping raise vital funds for this essential organization. In 2023, Cari joined the Board of Trustees at the Wishing Star Foundation and currently serves at their Board Chair. She is driven by her passion for providing hope and rejuvenating experiences to children and their families.

Outside of her professional commitments, Cari, along with her husband Trent, is the proud parent of four fantastic kiddos and a Great Dane named Indiana Bones. They cherish outdoor adventures and love exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

"I am passionate about advocating for women and children and am dedicated to serving my community in ways that allow me to do just that." - Cari Grandstaff
