Becky Sechler is the Director of Retail Banking & Client Delivery for Washington Trust Bank and serves on YWCA Spokane's 2023 Board of Directors as the Secretary. Becky joined Washington Trust in 2004 and is responsible for organizational growth in consumer banking, people development and developing market share throughout the bank’s footprint. Becky has more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry and leading strategic initiatives and teams.
She is passionate about helping her team thrive and grow, while also contributing to Washington Trust’s long term vision. Becky has a heart of service, and working for a local community bank has given her the drive and opportunity to serve the Inland Northwest in ways that impact her on a personal level and bring her a deep sense of pride.
Her family and friends are her safe space. In her free time, you will find Becky enjoying outdoor activities with her husband, Shane, and her dog, Jax. She looks forward to serving and impacting the community through her YWCA board service and volunteer contributions.
