2026 Racial Justice Challenge Debrief

Racial Justice Challenge Debrief

If you are participating in this year’s Racial Justice Challenge, we invite you to join a virtual debrief.

About the Challenge Debrief - May 27th @ Noon

This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and be in community with one another. The Challenge may have brought forward a range of emotions, questions, and insights. In this space, all of those experiences are welcome.

Together, we'll create a supportive and welcoming environment grounded in respect, curiosity, and care. Participants can share their reflections, listen deeply to others, and explore what the Challenge has meant in their own lives.

You are invited to bring whatever is with you, whether that’s new awareness, discomfort, hope, or uncertainty. This space isn't about debate and there is no expectation to have the right answers. Instead, we center listening, connection, and a willingness to learn together.

What to Expect

  • A guided, supportive conversation
  • Space to share thoughts, feelings, and reflections (only if you want to)
  • Opportunities to listen to others' experiences and perspectives
  • A respectful, brave space for honest and meaningful dialogue

When and Where

  • Date: May 27
  • Time: 12-1pm PT
  • Location: Zoom
  • Facilitator: Jazmin, YWCA Spokane Racial & Social Justice Specialist
