Key Partners

Since 1903, YWCA Spokane has been helping women and children overcome social, economic, racial, and personal barriers in order to accomplish their goals and achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives. Providing programs in domestic violence support services, economic empowerment, and early childhood education, YWCA Spokane positively impacts the lives of over 17,000 community members each year.

Our Key Partners include Mission, Governmental, Community and Corporate Partners who create a platform of powerful opportunities allowing for sustainable change and transformation in the lives of the women, children, and families we serve who are impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment.

With their help, our foundation will be stronger, our reach farther, and our impact greater. We are deeply honored by this support and commitment.

2023 MISSION PARTNERS

The Mission Partners of YWCA Spokane are committed to bringing peace, justice, freedom, and dignity to our Spokane community, creating a foundation that allows for real and lasting change every day. Together, we will work to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen our community.

Mission Partners invest a significant 3-year contribution that provides a lifeline for women and children in Spokane through our work at YWCA Spokane. This critical financial support bridges the gap between the expenses we incur while serving clients and the grants we receive from state, local, and private parties.

These invested leaders embody our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women and clearly understand the importance of it. Their commitment and dedication bring the promise of support and hope for those struggling with poverty, trauma, homelessness, and despair. With this help, we harvest the potential to build upon our accomplishments from the past and grow the health and sustainability of our critical programs well into the future.

YWCA Spokane hosts two large-scale fundraising events each year: Women of Achievement and An Evening in Tuscany. The sponsorship support of caring organizations wanting to make an impact in our community allows YWCA Spokane to apply 100% of the proceeds raised during these events to the programs and services most in need. The flexible funds raised during these events benefit intimate partner domestic violence victims and their children, our emergency shelter, counseling, legal services, job readiness, childcare, and Pre-K programs for low-income children. We could not put on these beloved community events that provide critical funds for our programs and services without the support of our generous sponsors.
