YWCA Spokane Opens Family Justice Center
The Family Justice Center is the new home of the five partner agencies which make up the Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Team including YWCA legal advocates, City and County law enforcement and prosecutors. For the past twelve years this coalition has worked together to help victims of domestic violence in Spokane. The team was formed with the goal of providing coordinated services to victims of family violence and now these services are co-located in a victim centered environment at the YWCA.

The YWCA of Spokane recently hosted NBC’s Rock Center to host interviews with Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence and a Spokane resident who faced this reality of gun-related incidents and domestic violence.
