The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP, pronounced “e-cap”) is Washington’s FREE comprehensive preschool program serving income and environmentally eligible 3 and 4-year old children and their families. ECEAP provides kindergarten readiness through education, health and nutrition services, family support, advocacy training, and parent education. YWCA ECEAP promotes long-term success through trauma-informed care, Conscious Discipline (a researched based social-emotional curriculum that focuses on the adult first), enriching environments, and dedicated staff.

  • It’s about the whole family…ECEAP is a FREE preschool that promotes long-term success with school and life by addressing the needs of the whole child within the whole family to ensure that gains are sustained.
  • ECEAP provides kindergarten readiness through education, health and nutrition services, family support, advocacy training, and parent education.

Within our Safe Haven classroom, just like within our ECEAP classrooms, staff use a trauma-informed approach called Conscious Discipline. This approach supports adults and children in awareness of emotions, self-regulation of emotions, and problem-solving. You can learn more about 의식적인 규율 여기.

YWCA ECEAP 신청 방법

There are three different ways you can apply for ECEAP at YWCA Spokane. Please choose the option that works best for you and your family. To apply for YWCA Spokane’s ECEAP, you can:

  • Download a pdf of the ECEAP application and return it following the directions in the application.

  • Complete your ECEAP application entirely online here.

APPLY FOR ECEAP ONLINE

  • Visit our office in person during business hours, receive a paper copy of the application from staff, and complete the application in person.
