YWCA Spokane Women of Achievement Luncheon Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The YWCA Spokane Women of Achievement Luncheon Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of YWCA Spokane, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am on March 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 5, 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: a. Purchase Entry: Individuals who purchase a ticket to the YWCA Spokane Women of Achievement Luncheon during the Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. b. No-Purchase Entry: To enter without purchase, visit ywcaspokane.org/woa-2025-wce-giveaway and complete the official entry form during the Entry Period.
Limited to one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Additional entries will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to "R.E.S.P.E.C.T.," the tribute to Aretha Franklin, on March 7, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $56.00. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by YWCA Spokane on or about March 6, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of YWCA Spokane, which are final. YWCA Spokane reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process. YWCA Spokane is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless YWCA Spokane, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
9. PRIVACY: Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes without consent.
10. WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to YWCA Spokane, 930 N Monroe St, Spokane, WA 99201, within 30 days of the drawing date.
