The Women of Achievement awards luncheon has become YWCA Spokane’s largest and most critical annual fundraiser. Not only do we bring together passionate individuals and organizations who are dedicated to the safety and well-being of the community we serve; we also have the opportunity to honor amazing, high-achieving women who give generously of themselves to make Spokane a better place for all citizens to live.
By sponsoring the YWCA Spokane Women of Achievement Awards Celebration and Benefit Luncheon, your business can be part of making this thriving event possible. Join us in bringing together community members this Women’s History Month to celebrate the incredible women leaders being honored with awards, and provide support to women in need.
Together we can transform lives in our community: one child, one teen, one woman, one family at a time.

Empowers Survivors Like Anya
In fleeing an abusive relationship, Anya, her four year-old son, and their 2 dogs became homeless. During the coldest part of the year, they survived living between her car and shelters. With the help of YWCA Spokane, Anya was able to board her dogs and find safe shelter for her family, allowing her to look for and acquire an apartment. Reunited with her dogs and living in a safe home all her own, Anya is now working with a mentor in our Women’s Opportunity Center to build her resume, secure childcare, find employment, and become financially stable.
