Meet Our Panel

Lizbeth Reyes – Moderator

Lizbeth is the Prevention Coordinator at YWCA Spokane and supports the Prevention Team. Prevention looks like holding space to have conversations with teenagers about relationships that they don’t normally have with adults in their lives. Lizbeth is also leading the Teen Council, Transformations events, and education through Instagram about relationships and services.

Priscilla Hernandez – Panelist

My name is Priscilla Hernandez I was born and raised in the Wenatchee valley and moved to Cheney in summer of 2018 where I worked on getting my bachelors in children studies and minor in Spanish. I started working for MiA in July of 2022 as their children and youth sexual assault victim advocate. I hope to bring awareness and resources to those in need. Specifically those in my community who have not been given the chance to speak out due to the barriers they face in their day to day lives.

Kami LaMoreaux – Panelist

Kami LaMoreaux is the new Violence Prevention Coordinator for the Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Coalition. Kami worked in the K-12 system with at-risk youth for a decade before she joined SRDVC. Committed to social justice, her work reflects her values of compassion, vision, creativity, and civic duty. She brings her teaching and fundraising skills to the Coalition, and she is excited for the outreach roles of her new position. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, the outdoors, and motorcycling. She lives in Spokane with her blended family of 5 children, 2 dogs, and an enormous tropical fish tank.
