What is Intimate Partner Domestic Violence?

We define intimate partner domestic violence (IPDV) as a pattern of controlling behavior used to maintain power in a relationship by one partner over the other. This behavior includes various forms of abuse beyond just the physical.

Individuals may access services by attending Monday walk-ins (9am – 11am) or by calling or visiting our front desk to schedule an appointment during regular business hours.

Note: If you are a survivor of domestic violence and have a domestic violence related charge, this does not mean you can't access our services.

24hr Help is Available

If you or someone you know is impacted by intimate partner domestic violence, our confidential advocates are always available through our 24hr helpline services.
