Host A Table
By volunteering to fill a table at this inspiring and impactful luncheon, you make it possible for YWCA Spokane to continue to be a lifeline for thousands of domestic violence survivors, women, children, and families in need. We can’t thank you enough!
There are a few different ways to become a table captain! Reserve your table with one of the options below:
a) Purchase a full table for you and your guests.
b) Pledge to fill a 10 person table today, purchase your own ticket, then have each guest purchase their tickets to sit at the table.
c) Get recognition for your business by purchasing a Corporate Table Sponsorship. Various sponsorship levels available for different amounts of exposure. Contact Briana Berner at 509-953-5669 for more information.
Invite friends, families and/or coworkers to join your table at this year’s awards celebration!
Let them know why this event is important to you, and share how their attendance provides crucial support for YWCA’s programs and services!
For your convenience, we've put together a few tips for success and an invitation template to share with friends.
If you purchased a full table:
- You will receive a link via email to update your guest names and information on the event website.
- Simply log into your account using the email you used to purchase your table and follow the instructions.
- You’ll have the ability to update your guest information in our event software at any time.
If your guests will be purchasing their own tickets:
- Please send them to our ticketing site.
- During the registration process, have them enter your name as the group name so that we know to seat them with you.
