Überblick

From helping paint the town purple for Domestic Violence Action Month (DVAM) to highlighting your own personal hero during Women's History Month, you can join YWCA Spokane in many fun ways to inspire action.

Teen Dating Violence Action Month

YWCA Spokane joins other organizations across the nation in this month-long initiative to raise awareness about teen dating violence and promote healthy relationships. Our involvement is motivated by our goal to normalize conversations about relationships and talk about healthy and unhealthy behaviors with our community.

Women's History Month

Together as a community we will transform Women’s History Month in Spokane into a community-wide annual celebration of women and girls. When we champion women and girls, we change our community for the better.

Team up with local organizations, businesses and institutions to celebrate the achievements of women and girls throughout the month.

Aktionsmonat gegen häusliche Gewalt

Each October, YWCA Spokane looks to increase awareness about the prevalence of domestic violence in our community, inspire action that is focused on creating lasting change, and encourage community-wide participation.

Together, we can respond to this crisis. Spokane has the highest reported rate of domestic violence in Washington State. Join us and step into action and help change this statistic.
