Because of their amazing support, YWCA Spokane’s Women’s Opportunity Center (WOC) will be able to provide Economic Empowerment Advocacy to Intimate Partner Violence survivors. As many survivors are economically disenfranchised by their abuser, this service will allow survivors to gain their independence and confidence back.
