Board of Directors – Mackenzie Kutz

Thank You

Each of our wonderful Board of Directors is so passionate about our community and dedicates their time, talent, and resources towards the fulfillment of our mission. On behalf of our team, those we serve, and our community we thank you for all you do!

Mackenzie works at Kaiser Aluminum as an HR & Training Coordinator. She graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology from Whitworth University and graduated with her MBA from Washington Governors University. Mackenzie is a proud member of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.

Mackenzie was first connected to the YWCA through serving as Committee Chair for Kaiser’s Community Engagement Team.
She was drawn to the important work the YWCA is doing to support and empower women within our community and continue the fight to eliminate racism. She is excited to be serving as Co-Chair for the Evening in Tuscany event in July and this will be her third year volunteering on the committee. As a passionate advocate of the YWCA, she is committed to advancing the boards mission through her experience in Human Resources, event planning, and dedication.

"The YWCA is an integral part of the Spokane community," says Mackenzie. "I am grateful to be a small part of the work the YWCA to empower women and eliminate racism."

In her free time, Mackenzie loves spending time with her fiancé and dog, traveling, playing board games, and spending time at Priest Lake.
