Online registration is required to participate. Registration is first come first come first serve. This event has reached its capacity for participants, new registrants will be added to a waitlist.

Regardless of gender, any young person who is 11-17 years old is welcome to sign up as long as they are comfortable in a space that centers the experience of individuals who identify as young women of color.
With a capacity to serve up to 50 youth, this event includes special workshops and speakers talking about self-care and community care.
Lunch, prizes, and a goodie bag filled with self-care items will be provided.

She is passionate about ensuring every youth she works with feels a sense of belonging and self-worth and is equipped with the tools they need for self-regulation and a vision for their future. Facilitator
Prosparetti Coleman is a community educator, advocate, wellness coach, and doula committed to transforming the holistic well-being of Black and Brown women and girls. As the Founder of I Hear You Sis, she creates environments that are not only culturally resonant but also deeply rooted in storytelling, collective healing, and embodied support.
Prosparetti’s approach is grounded in the wisdom of the body and the power of shared experiences. Through movement, breathwork, and culturally informed practices, she cultivates nurturing spaces that honor individual journeys while fostering a sense of connection and balance. Her work invites participants to engage in holistic practices that support mental well-being, emotional regulation, and a sense of interconnectedness.
Prosparetti strives to create environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and validated, celebrating their unique cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. With a focus on collective empowerment, she facilitates healing circles, peer support groups, and other community-based initiatives that encourage connection, exploration, and holistic well-being. Her vision is to create a community where Black and Brown women and girls feel valued, supported, and empowered to prioritize their health and well-being—fostering healing and empowerment for current and future generations.
Priya Osborne
Facilitator
Priya serves as the Director of Student Success, Equity, and Diversity at Spokane Community College and is an advisor to the NAACP Youth Council, dedicated to uplifting young voices and fostering spaces where all students have access to resources. She brings a strong commitment to creating opportunities for young women of color to thrive, inspired by the values instilled by her mother, Amanda, who taught her the power of faith and resilience. Priya's work is centered on promoting self-care, growth, and empowerment for all.
