Join Us for YWCA's 10th Annual Family Wish List Program!

Brighten the holiday season for 90 local families who are experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, or unemployment. Your kindness adds much needed hope and joy this winter for families served by YWCA Spokane.

Adopt a Family

Participating Programs

You have the opportunity to adopt a holiday wish list for one or more families who are served through the below three YWCA programs this season. 

ECEAP

Our Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a free, comprehensive preschool program for eligible families with children ages 3 to 4. In addition to preschool education, this program supports the whole family through individualized support, health services, and nutrition assistance.

DV Safe Shelter

Our Safe Shelter provides a secure haven for survivors and their children who are escaping imminent danger due to intimate partner domestic violence. This beloved community offering safety, case management, and food & basic necessities for families while they figure out their next steps.

Opportunity Center

Our Opportunity Center, offers holistic, restorative services for trauma survivors. Groups, classes, and learning opportunities are aimed at supporting healing and wellness while building a supportive community, all at no cost to participants.

A Note About Shelter Family Wishlists:

To best support families served through our Safe Shelter, we request a $150 gift card per family member in place of purchased gifts. More information can be provided upon submission of the wishlist interest form

About the Families

Each wishlist meets the unique needs of the families we serve. Whether it's a much-needed home-care item, a heartfelt self-care gift, or a gift card that empowers parents to select meaningful presents for their own family, each gift reminds the families we serve that they are not alone.
